"The hotel room was pretty clean and staff were very friendly. Plenty of things to do!. There was a bit of renovating going on during our visit so some areas were closed off at times. All in all was a lovely stay"

"This was our second trip to WG Lakes...this time the ground floor units had some very loud a/c units. It was not relaxing to sit outside. However, Miguel listened to our concern and was willing to change our room. No small task because there were many check outs that day. Busy. The food options are very limited if you don't have a car. The market is extremely overpriced assuming you would eat at restaurant. However the units have partial to full kitchens. The free shuttle to Universal was a nice perk this time. Overall a very relaxing vacay."
