"Hotel is easy to find and has plenty of parking. Rooms were fine, with enough space and necessary facilities.
We needed three rooms, and staff had arranged that they were three adjacent rooms, which was good.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating - we needed some breakfasts to take away for some of our party who were out running during breakfast service.
Evening meal and service in bar were also good, even though it was a busy evening.

Checked in OK. Room size OK, but overlooking car-park with main road 50 metres away.
Room furnished with freestanding pine double wardrobe accommodating full-sized ironing board, electric iron and hairdryer. space divided into 2, left side fore and aft clothes hanging rail (6 hangers),right side 3 shelves 2 drawers. "Difficult review. On the one hand, perfect location, great view, good bed, very helpful staff and nice food. On the other hand, the room was very uncomfortable. Unbearably hot with windows that only open a crack. Very low sloped ceilings in about half the room (which was already tiny). Okay if you're under 5 foot five. "An enjoyable 1 night stay in busy pub/hotel. Excellent position close to beach and a very reasonably priced bar. Small car park full mostly by beach walkers rather than guests, however street parking close by. We had a wonderful sea-view room. A few cons: building and rooms looking dated and tired, in need of a refresh. Would have made use of a fan as windows can only be opened slightly. A small fridge also to keep drinks cool would have been welcomed. Would stay again for certain."

"From the start my honest opinion
Staff were very welcoming and helpful
Food was doscusting dot eat there walk 2 minutes around the corner and grab something decent we ordered starters was cold
Main course took 50 minutes to arrive and only because we reminded the staff we hadn’t received it strangely it then came 1 minute after obviously it was stood there waiting my meal was freezing and dry it was the mixed grill my wife had gammon it as raw in the middle I will upload a picture
