The lady at the desk was very helpful, and she said she was going to refund some of our first night stay for the inconvenience, however I have not received a refund yet."

"I gave them an EXCELLENT RATING as I like the hotel and the employees HOWEVER the Manager agreed to let me out of my reservation for 2/28 for one night as my business travel changed and I am not flying out of Philadelphia. She agreed and when I called Choice rewards she told them no. She then hid from my calls over multiple days so I had to dispute the charge on credit card. Again I like the hotel and have stayed MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS but this was unprofessional by the Manager but I STILL GAV THEM AN EXCELLENT RATING ANYWAY! "
