"The internet and AC were great, our in-room phone did not work, and the side tables were very dusty. We also didn't have enough towels, only 2 for 2 people. Couldn't call for room service on room phone, had to use personal phone. Asked for more towels and pillows and were told we needed to come down to the desk to retrieve them. Also, couldn't find hairdryer, eventually after searching everywhere, found it inside the draw safe, so random. The room service food was pretty good, but pricey. The menu had a happy hour price which I specifically mentioned while order, but when food was delivered the bill had a $5 delivery fee which was told on phone no fee. Asked the delivery person how come we weren't charged happy hour prices, he said that was only for dine in. Wish someone would have called back to let me know this prior to processing our order. "

"We did not use the pool or business services so I can't talk about those. At our entrance the outside trash can was full and bags on the ground. Inside the door were more bags of trash. Like every mid range hotel, the elevator and hallways stunk of marijuana. The website said there was breakfast for purchase and there was a big sign in the elvator talking about being able to get pastries and sandwiches at 'the commons" a restaurant area by the entrance. Well, they offer nothing but coffee so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The heater was wacky and wax either freezing or too hot. It was jard to regulate. Beds were comfy and room was clean, but we probably won't stay here again. "

"The room was good. My disappointment was this… I prepaid for my rooms for my trip. Upon arrival, Check in was smooth. We stayed one night. The following morning upon checkout, we find that they billed us another 18.95 “resort fee”due at checkout. Why? There is no resort! Why wasn’t this fee included in my original purchase price??? This is shady and rediculous. I believe that the leave the 19.00 off to make their rates look better to get more rooms rented and then charge the extra 19.00 afterward because your stuck paying it at this point and they make another 19.00 off of the room. I will not be back. "
