Guest rooms are designed with a focus on customer convenience and comfort. The man at the front desk around 8 PM was incredibly clueless. My room was in a separate building, yet he directed me to the wrong elevator. He couldn't understand any English at all.

This was our first hotel in Japan and loved it!! The hotel staff spoke excellent English! Pierson at the front desk was wonderful to checking us in and suggested many places for us to visit.
