"The staff were so friendly and accomdating. Despite our issues with it being extremely noisy in our original room they sorted it immediately and moved us. Also, best hotel shower ever!"
"We stayed here as it was disability friendly, it was more than we imagined, we brought our own hoist but everything else was efficient for what we needed, staff were lovely and helpful, the food was hot and enjoyable. Very near to places we needed to see and things to do. Would definitely stop here again"

Table service in bar and excellent outside area at rear of boat if it’s warm enough outside with view of Canart Wharf. Excellent stay and will definitely stay there again."

"It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants."
