This place is very good for the price. Don’t expect free breakfast or pretty much the works. This place is for sleeping and relaxing, and then you do your adventuring in Warwick.

Simple & reasonably priced

Small family run type hotel - not a 4 star resort, but simple/safe/clean & exactly what I needed. It’s in a great location and perfect for short term stays.

New owners are doing a great job renovating this hotel (and it seems like they’re doing most of it by themselves!) One of few places to stay in an area that has amazing hiking, mountain biking, breweries, and restaurants!!!

The staff was friendly, there was free wi-fi, beds were big (double), bathroom was clean. No food available on site, and could not confirm if a nearby restaurant was in operation. The room had a microwave oven, which was extremely convenient!

I didn't feel very welcome when I checked in. The office door was lockef and I had to wait to be let in. I felt like I was bothering the check-in clerk. I didn't entirely understand the parking and room access situation, which were cramped and on opposite sides of the building. The room was nice enough. Clean and comfortable.

This is a decent place to stay. Its a nice area without much traffic. The staff is super friendly and kind. They do special order vegan Indian food which is really good. I wish the pool was functioning and there was a larger area for walking pets since this place is pet friendly. Its not the fanciest place but very convenient to local shops and eateries. Sheets and towels are clean, bed is comfortable. AC is excellent! Carpet could use a shampoo but its always vacuumed. If i didnt know the area i would think the pricing is bit too high especially when charging $25 pet fee each day but it matches the location so cant really complain.

I was told that the property was recently acquired. It is conveniently located but, perhaps due to the recency of the acquisition, some amenities were missing (e.g., no ice machine, no coffee maker in the room, 2 ironing boards but no iron, no chairs (desk or armchair), no nightstand lamp). It would have been an inconvenience for a stay of more than one night.

For what I paid, I would never go back to this hotel. The gentleman running the place was kind enough, but there was absolutely no water pressure… it took over a half hour to try and wash off with the the few water drops you do get. I mean, I get better pressure in my sink at home. No blow drier. No coffee pot, no coffee. No closet or rack to hang my clothes. The parking there was abysmal (we did have a truck, but still). Overall it got the job done for sleeping, but it wasn’t an enjoyable experience by any means.
