"Good location beautiful lobby and nice design. However bathroom was very cold and towel warmer didn’t seem to work. There was a toothbrush head in my bathroom bin so cleaning wasn’t quite perfect. Not the warmest welcome on desk and no sign of WiFi code anywhere in room nor given it at the desk. "

"There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "
