"The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor, with the rooms located even higher. The only minor quirk is the access: you must first walk through a mall on the 3rd floor and then take a separate elevator to the 19th. Other than that, everything was excellent.

"The room is clean, the staff is courteous and very helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the ferry and night market. We walked to Hong Kong Park and Peak Tram within an half hour. "

"The club king-room and the club twin room are in good sizes, not big enough but not too small. The staffs at club lounge have good service-minded. We have arrived so late around 9 pm. at the hotel on the check-in day and we have requested for the late check-out at 3 pm. on the check-out day because we have the reservation for dinner at 4 pm., but the staff cannot give us this offer, she just allowed us to check-out at 2 pm that is quite strictly time for us although you booked the club rooms...
