Good convenience location, staff’s friendly. I wish the hotel name and the entry door is bigger. The garage floor is a better place for entry and registration, rather than go through a tiny alley and go up to the third floor for registration.

Great value for money on Hong Kong Island If you’re just looking for a place to sleep on Hong Kong Island, I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. The price-to-performance ratio is almost unbeatable. The rooms are small, but that’s standard for Hong Kong. The air conditioning isn’t exactly quiet, but it does the job. Overall, for the price, this is a very solid place to stay. Rating: 4/5 for value

Room was decently clean, great water pressure if that’s your thing. Close to many local food joints and also lots of shopping around. Very busy area. And hotel was affordable.would recommend to anyone wanting a nice room even if your out and about most of the day.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room that has enough space and stunning views. Bed was a little hard but we got used to it and ended up liking it. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were terrific. Staff were efficient and polite. Great location in Causeway Bay close to buses, trains, shops, and restaurants. Good value and would stay again.

i was wondering about the exact situation as many reviews were bad and a lot of Best Western hotels are indeed in bad shape. This one was actually the best one I have stayed in in a while. + Excellent location I wish the window could be opened a little more as it gets damp quite easily inside. Also the airco is loud.
