"Only issue I had was the lack of disabled access. I am mobilty impaired and whilst I understood that there was no disabled access to the rooms there were no ramps available for use at steps. Portable ramps would be useful. However the staff were extremely helpful "

"Short business trip so was just looking for a cheap place to stay. Single room with all the essentials in a modern block of conference centre type rooms. The main building though is an old country house and is beautiful and used as a wedding venue. Breakfast included was very good. Would have liked to have stayed longer so I could look around the estate."

"Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The twin room was spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. The initial problem with the heating was sorted out very quickly. We had our evening meal here, and can highly recommend the food. What really stands out at The Carpenters Arms, is the staff. Many thanks to Richard, Holly and Paula and to everyone that helps make this such a great place. We would certainly be happy to stay again. "

The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed with real taste and attention to detail, you can tell a lot of thought went into making it comfortable and welcoming. The setting is peaceful and charming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Victoria was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hurst Farm to anyone...
