"Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important. "Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing."

"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...

"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."

"This is a lovely hotel in a good location for the ski slopes (walking distance to the Bossonet lift even with skis and boots, but there is also the option of the free hotel shuttle to get down to the slopes, and then you get the village free ski bus to get back to the hotel at the end of the day if you want to). The hotel staff stand out as being particularly good. Extremely courteous, quick to action any issues, and always someone available to help. We had an unfortunate issue with the people...
