Failure to provide entry information

when I booked the hotel I was promised a code for late entry - i never received it but on the morning of the stay I was promised it again - but they never sent it - I couldn’t risk not having somewhere to stay late at night with young children so I had to book another hotel - they then charged my crefit card the full amount and sent me the code very late in the day when I didn’t have internet access. Annoying waste of E140

Les gens de l accueil sont vraiment gentils et donnent des infos sur le secteur au besoin. Et cherche à vous aider. La chambre est simple et lumineuse. Ça fait petit cocon. La salle de bain à tout ce qu il faut. Et c’est joli et lumineux avec ce plafond reflechissant. J aurai pris un verre au bord de la piscine si le temps l’avait permis. ;)

Un cafar dans la salle de bain, le ménage de la chambre est bâclé, le petit déjeuner est bien trop chère pour ce que c’est, rien n’est fait maison et les choix sont très restreints Ne parlons pas de la politique de remboursement en cas d’annulation, de aucun geste commercial, aucune compassion et très peu d’amabilité Sinon les murs sont fins et la moquette au sol n’est pas totalement propre

Réservation pour deux nuits, j'ai dû quitter l'hotel pour des raisons personnelles et n'ai pas obtenu remboursement de la deuxième nuit alors que l'hotel affichait complet! Petit déjeuner sommaire, chambre et sdb minuscules. ça ne vaut pas le prix et encore moins quand on le paye deux fois!!

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de notre séjour. Un hôtel bien situé avec vue magnifique sur Mont Blanc. Style rétro avec une déco stylée et une propreté irréprochable. Un bon petit déjeuner devant une piscine limpide.
