"This is my first time staying at Extended Stay America suites; I was under a mindset that the facility must be nothing but with just the basics, how was I wrong !! It was a very nice surprise for me. The property is new with great lighting and up to date amenities, the room is spacious and very clean, the kitchenette is in an ideal size; cookwares, dishes, and utensils are available upon request. The staff are so helpful and kind. I usually don’t expect much for the breakfast offered by a motel, so the limited breakfast offers does not bother me, especially with a kitchenette, lots I can make on my own. The Marina is right across the street; it is very nice to have a late afternoon walk there. A shopping center is right next to the parking lot, super convenient. We will definitely return very soon."

"Just note if you book a room in the West Wing, you’re not even in the same building as the casino and it’s hard to get to the casino from the West Wing. You have to walk and check-in is a nightmare."

"The front desk told me when I called to say we’d be arriving late that they wouldn’t hold my room even though they had already charged it to my cc, finally said they’d hold it another hour (our flight was delayed) Then we got there oldest lobby (I know it’s motel 6) but it reeked of cigarettes everywhere especially our room which I was told was non smoking. Then somewhere in the early morning another random charge which I asked about and he said oh it’s expedia; but the charge came from motel 6 not expedia. Overall super gross place, terrible service so glad I just needed 1 night before I could check into our actual accommodation elsewhere."

"Room 1856 We were surprised on check-in as the front desk clerks appeared to be a little confused. When we checked we noticed that there was a surreal amount of dust all over everything. We also noticed that there were no writing materials such as pad and paper which is always available and we needed it. While showering you could not keep from getting water outside of shower curtain which essentially barely met the floor. Additionally, the outlet near the window appeared to be dead as the light did not turn on and our devices did not charge. The bed was uncomfortable also. Lumpy 85% of the restaurants were closed/unavailable. For the price, the room wasn’t worth what we paid and hope that the GSR would compensate me on our next scheduled stay scheduled on April 20, 2026 or thereafter. The experience was undesirable. "4th floor hallway reeked of urine, came back to find our room door open, sleeping security guard, smoke detector low battery beeping started at 3:30am. Front desk customer service EPIC FAIL. This place should be condemned!"

"Everything about this place is nice - the building, the rooms, the staff. But it's worn out."

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
