"Nice place to stay"

"Everything you need in the resort, staff is amazing, restaurants are delicious!"

"had a great stay here"

"Clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. Overall a comfortable stay."

"My wife is in a wheelchair, it is difficult making sure the places we stay have good accommodations, this place was excellent. This place has everything within walking distance, entertainment food and shopping. If we are in Reno again we will definitely stay here again"

"Great stay"

"Clean bathroom and convenient location."

"What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!"

"good location"

"We were there for the Street Vibrations Fall Rally, stayed two nights, our room was clean, front desk staff were professional, until next year!"

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."

"Love this place. Very safe, clean, big space. Easy access to shops and restaurants."

"The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
