"Charming hotel. Like home from home. Lovely homely room with balcony and beautiful view. Comfy bed. The landlord John was very welcoming. Home cooked to order delicious hot breakfast. Also cereals and fruit available. Gave me a little box of chocolates on departure. Only stayed one night yet felt I was family. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Sofia"

"Stayed a week until today Haven't been in a position to book a full week or another week in advance. Front desk informed me this morning that tonight I would have to pay approx 50% more and move to another room, since they have a bus load of people booking in. I said I would stay on another week if they can keep my price the same as before.....but desk staff were unable to do that. My reason for staying at the Waterfoot was solely to be close to the Gransha Hospital where my sister has...

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "
