"The property and staff were magnificent. The location is also excellent. The only negative is getting to the hotel in car. It’s very difficult. A video is provided but hard to follow. A map would be easier to navigate. But besides that it’s a great property."

"This is a true gem ! its a very nice property located across the street from the beach and a beautiful promenade. 20 min walk to the old town or 9 Euro by taxi ( I am sure there is a bus). Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. Staff is fantastic ( both friendly and knowledgably) Great dining options around the corner. I hope to come back "

"Right in the heart of the old town of San Sebastián and walkable to nearly everything you might want to do in the city. Clean and comfortable hotel and fairly quiet at night even though it’s in the heart of the action. The breakfast is amazing: great food and so much of it. "Great hotel beautifully apportioned. Room: + very spacious and the bed was very confortable. - lack of hooks to hang wet towels etc. Swimming pool only open during the summer - closed from mid Sep. Part of the reason we booked (small honeymoon) here was to have a few days by the pool had we known it would have influenced our decision. Location: + peaceful and quiet. not far by bus into the town around 20min on busy day and 15min when less busy. bus stop right outside hotel can use contactless...

"From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires. "
