"The best I can say is good lication except they have about 4 locations for rooms. Listing said there was an elevator but on checkin I was told no, not working. Room was on 4th floor with very steep stairs. I am mid- 70s and 4 flights of steep stairs 2-4 x a day would be hard. I asked for room on ..."

"We were anxious about getting to Venice airport by 9:00 am. Hotel arranged pick up at the hotel for a water taxi to airport direct. Enjoyed the wild speedboat ride to the airport getting there in perfect time."
