"I don’t live far away, so I’ve been coming to Vancouver for many many years. This is definitely the most wonderful hotel experience we’ve had in that time. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to a room with the most panoramic view. One can imagine. Of course, the perfect weather didn’t help. We had an excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We were reluctant to leave our room to attend the boat show because it was such a luxurious environment. We’ve even managed to fit in a hot tub sit surrounded by the incredible scenery of mountains, water and city scapes. Location of this hotel is extremely convenient. It is close to everything that you would want to visit in Vancouver. This will be our new home in Vancouver whenever we visit. "

"Not a fancy place, but clean, helpfull and polite staff, good food in the attached pub. Example, compared to a Surestay / Best Weston, this beats it, maybe be not for furnashings, but service, definately. I prefer good service. My only complaint, no micro wave, which seems to be standard everywhere else"
