"We had bad impression since we arrived. We choose this hotel because they saud they have shuttle bus. So when we arrive at train station, we actually called them to ask them to pick us up caz 2 of us had 3 luggages. The person who picked up the phone refused and said he could not come to pick up as he was the reception and cannot leave the hotel. And said we could walk to hotel only 400 m. So we walked up and the road is on the way up to the hill for the whole 400 m. Can you imagin 2 small...

"Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!"

Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. "Rooms where spotless the red carpet is very contrasting and possibly old looking compared to rest of room but staff where fantastic and very helpful spoke good English which was a blessing spa facilities all clean and quite to use too "

"I am only hesitant to share this glowing review because I don’t want it to be fully booked when I am in town next. My daughter had races in Chamonix, Les Houches and Mageve and this hotel is an ideal location for all of these ski hills. It is stylish, clean, friendly family run place with parking, a fantastic restaurant, good breakfast and everything you could want for your ski vacation. As a mom of a ski racer, I’m picky. "The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! "
