"The customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived -we had a wonderful stay! The daily breakfast was delicious and homemade. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean. "I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to.
A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

"Highly recommend. Room including bathroom looked newly renovated. Place was nice and clean, the neighborhood and tenants are very quiet. Really enjoyed the blackout curtains. Coffee tea and water were included in our welcome. Host's communication was excellent. We stayed on the 4th floor and were pleased they had an elevator. Short walk to metro and bus as well as many cafes, shops and restaurants."
