"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. "We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Victoria Junction as it was conveniently next to the A30 and our destination in Cornwall. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again. "
