"The hotel was as leonardo hotels always are; clean, comfortable and well located. The highlight in this hotel were the amazing staff, particularly at breakfast. All of them worked tirelessly to make the area clean and well stocked, Kieran worked with a smile, Billie was energetic, extremely welcoming and was so friendly whilst Chris was our son’s star magician! He was not only working hard, as the others were, but made out son feel super special - showing him magic tricks and checking on him. We had already said that we would gladly stay here again but now, we want to come sooner purely to see the wonderful people that work there! Thank you all for an amazing stay."

"Lovely location but we both slept really badly as the walls are very thin and not soundproof in the least!! The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep. Otherwise hotel was friendly and a ve try pleasant experience."

"Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in the middle and awful.
