"On arrival had to give credit card details in full rather than swipe as there had been drig users there before us and they had to remove needles most frightening experience wondered wheee I was staying. TV did not work and blind was poorly fitted. Towel had yellow slime on it and bed was very uncomfortable. . Bath had mold around the edge."

"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"
