"Close to alot of cafes and restaurants, it’s in the pricer part of town. Easy transport by streetcar/tram and bus . Use taxi apps to order taxis . I don’t know why there are bad reviews our room on the 5th floor was lovely. "

"Renovated around historic traditional Hamam. Excellent breakfast, worth every penny. Open 7 to 11. Hot tea and coffee 24 hours. Shower and bathroom have just enough room for 1 person. You need yiur passport number to use wifi. Did not work for everyone in our group. Queen bed came with 2 double covers. Was a bit weird. Staff is very friendly accomodates any request possible. Visited Hamam. Highly recommended experience."

"5* What a fantastic stay! Spacious room with all the amenities I needed. The best part of the property was not only the oasis of the pool, boutique appointed rooms but the staff. From the moment I was greeted until I the day I left. I received 5 star service. Friendly smiles, care and attention. This level of service I don't receive at hotels 3 times this cost. I can't wait to stay again! Only regret is I didn't get a chance to try to Michelin restaurant on site! Thank you Ruz!"

"The room was clean. Staff are very friendly. Slippers and toiletries and towels were provided. The location is on a very good street however, since the rooms are small, I would say it is just enough for a few days stay and not longer. Very good experience overall"

"Great location. Clean and safe neighbourhood. Walkable to Taksim Square and the Galata Bridge and waterfront. Clean, beautiful room. High ceiling. Very nice bathroom. Water pressure is ok. Hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. Make sure it’s included or it’s 15€ per person."
