This hotel is a really great value. The rooms are large enough and very clean. The separate toilet and shower rooms are a huge plus. Everyone speaks English if you need it, and checkin/checkout with the kiosks is super simple. The nearby restaurants are very good as well.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
The staff were fantastic, super polite. Service was always prompt and issues handled swiftly. The only thing I would offer as a warning to visitors is to keep in mind that the cheaper single rooms are designed for one person, definitely not two visitors from north america.
