Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Great location - right in the heart of shinjuku. However room was tiny - was a struggle for two people plus two large suitcases. Also Godzilla terrace is closed

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Clean room, staff are very helpful, good buffet breakfast spread. Family Mart, a few restaurants , ATM and Forex machines on the first floor makes it convenient for us. Will definitely come back, had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Rooms are dated, cramped, and our bathroom constantly smelled of pee. Carpet and bathroom had a lot of stains. The lobby and staff are great, but the room was disappointing. We will not return.

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. ...

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
The hotel experience was nice. However the hotel advertises airport taxis and we were told a taxi was waiting for us outside. The taxi was a scam and stole my credit card. I trusted this hotel and paid the price. Never again.
