We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Any kind of amenities you need are available near the front desk. Everything from face cream to curling irons. Laundry room available as well for nominal fee.

The staff were always very helpful and friendly! They assisted us with transferring our luggage and helped with how to use the laundry - the hotel also had additional amenities like shoe dryers, which came in handy with rainy days. Our room was very clean and quiet with great A/C, plus the shower had very good water pressure and amenities. The location was fantastic, close to convenience stores and the subway! The area was lovely to walk around and you could see and even walk to Tokyo Tower and Shiba Park if you wanted a good stroll. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it!

For solo traveler, if you are really tall, may be 5'11 or so and if you are big then you might have a problem with the bathroom. The space is small but it's enough to get by. Cleanliness is not a problem here and noise as well, so you won't have a problem. Breakfast meals are good, just clean after yourself. They have a coin laundry but there's only 2 (+1 old school laundry and dryer). You would be mostly struggling to get to use one since others would be needing it too. Just be considerate and don't use both to rush cleaning all of yours.

Really like this hotel and the convenience to the train station, shops and restaurants. There is a 24 hr family mart close by. We booked a connecting rooms for four persons. The room with two twin beds is a little bit more spacious with bigger bathroom than the room with one full size bed and smaller bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Solo Travel Review: I'd recommend this hotel if staying in Roppongi, it's very close to the bars/clubs. Only a 15 min walk to Tokyo Tower. As far as the hotel itself; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was very fast and they received my luggage from a other hotel easily. They have laundry services on the second floor as well. Lastly, the room itself was very clean and decent size for a solo traveler.

A wonderful stay. Super close to subway lines and lots of tasty restaurants! They had a bunch of free amenities to grab in case we had forgotten something and staff was so accommodating and friendly! My sister and I loved our stay here. The staff also spoke English fairly well, which was very nice. I also loved the digital check in!
