Absolutely love this hotel and this area, we have stayed here 3 times now. Great location, very peaceful but within easy reach of the metro system to be connected to the rest of Tokyo. Staff are always friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and although rooms can be on the smaller side, they are well kept with good facilities.

Although the room we had was slightly smaller than previous rooms we have stayed in at thei hotel, it was clean with great facilities. The staff are always helpful and friendly, lovely location with great transport connections.

Nice hotel, the staff very nice, the rooms are small but comfortable. enough space for 2 but tight. They are a couple of restaurants around and a nice bakery close by. The hotel has a small restaurant downstairs always open (nice miso soup). Is 2 blocks from the metro

It was a nice street not far from the imperial palace. On thestraat were a lot of restaurants and coffee-bars to get breakfast.

The chain is nevertheless a guarantee for amenities and location. Staff are well trained. They offer free-kid rate but it means you get one French-size bed where 2 adults and 1 child cannot sleep. Air-con was necessary as the room was boiling hot but unfortunately never worked well. You want to buy the breakfast ticket directly at the hotel for a very nice breakfast with all-you-can drink .

Enjoyed our 4-night stay

This hotel met our needs for traveling with our baby. The room is small as expected for similar hotels in the city but is kept clean and in great working order. The staff is helpful and the location is great if looking for a quiet area away from busy / louder areas. Subway nearby along with dining options.

The hotel was clean, and staff were kind. But unfortunately my room had only one small frosted glass window, and I couldn't see outside. This was probably because the hotel was very close to the next building. Usually, this chain hotel is very good.

Fine hotel

The room was alright, it is a little small but typical for Japan for the rate. The breakfast was a little underwhelming as it was two pieces of bread form a bakery. The staff was really helpful, and happy.

Since I love Jimbocho, its location is perfect for me! all the bookstores and cafes I planned to visit are just a few steps away, 3 metro train lines are nearby as well, I wasn't feeling quite well but I could go back to hotel for a rest easily, just 15mins to Shibuya on Hanzomon line. The room I stayed was quite clean and comfy enough, but the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't good, wet towel wasn't dried up at all overnight, it left some unpleasant musty smell; amenities are plenty, i especially love the sweet black tea and all the bath salt. It was a shame about the ventilation problem in the bathroom, because apart from that, I really liked the experience! hope it can be improved, I would like to stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location! Short walk to 2 stations for those that are travelling and adventuring around a lot. The area is quiet and close to loads of restaurants. 15 mins on the train to Shibuya and the hotel was clean, room was really good for price and the staff were helpful
