This room was perfect for our family of 6. The bath and shower room was very relaxing after a long day. The kids enjoyed the loft bed and all the beds were soft and comfortable. There is a family mart, laundromat, and neighborhood sento all within a block.

Amazing stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were so soft. We absolutely loved the comforters—they were fluffy, kept us cool all night, and we wish we could buy them for our own home! The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It's in a pretty good location. Quiet, close to a number of great restaurants and shops, and within easy walking distance to metro stations. The staff were all very nice, and the hotel was kept in very good condition.

Our room was larger than we expected and very clean. It was wonderful having the tea kettle and it was nice knowing that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothpaste were there in case we needed them. The beds were very comfortable and the room had an air conditioning unit with remote. We did not see the staff but we did receive helpful texts and emails from them. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and reception/staff on our checkout date was incredibly kind. Our main issue was with emergency contacts. They didn't respond until the next day regarding a late checkout and seemed to ignore our request for accommodation entirely, just restating the rules and dismissing us saying "go to the front desk" (which we did but there is no schedule visible for when they are there so we didn't know when they would be physically present) and not doing anything to accommodate our situation. He repeatedly ignored the questions and just restated going to the counter (once again, no schedule). There's also no elevator which made big luggage and accessibility a huge hassle.

Excellent location near an exceptional bakery that had people lined up around the corner and is easily walkable to Shinjuku, a sumo show and loads of 7-11's. Clean rooms, for four of us, it was small but great.

Our stay here was absolutely lovely! It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station, but we didn’t mind. Our room was a good size, the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and because it’s not too close to Shinjuku station it was quieter at night.

The room was tight for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) but it was all self-serve - no front desk even though they are a call away, we didn't need anything. In terms of location, it is about a 7min. walk to train stations Matawa and Higashi) and 15 min. to Shinjuku proper. We didn't mind it as we could get to most things and could stay out late without worrying about trains in Shinjuku.
