"The room was spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were professional. The breakfast was so good, both the 'western' style and the Japanese style - really delicious. The restaurant was calm, with a lovely view of the garden, and the staff were wonderful."

"Loved this stay minus the incredibly small rooms (which I knew I’d get for the price). Very accommodating staff and spoke great English. The amenities were great and it was a prime location! The traditional Japanese onsen was my favourite part. Beautiful space and well maintained. Very happy with our stay!"

"From check in to check out our stay was great. Friendly staff and everything was clean. My only warning is the bathroom is not a Shower / tub combo, however a separate bathtub with a shower head separate from the tub. You need to be strategic to have a shower / wash hair that is typical for western bathing / showering. "
