The staff was so helpful! A couple of hours after check-out, we realized a small item had been left behind in the room in a shopping bag, and would likely have been thrown out. The staff went through the trash from the room to recover the item. Above and beyond! Rooms were very clean and convenient. 7-11 around the corner, so good location too.

Nice room, but on the smaller side. Great little floor lights by the headboard. Breakfast was an interesting blend of foods ... a mixture of quartered sandwiches, croissants, weiners, scrambled eggs and four salad choices. Nice location in Tokyo and only a 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. Staff, not surprisingly, were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly.

Liked this property a lot. It was a 3 minute walk to the subway, 8 min walk to Kanda station which we used primarily to get around, and 11 minutes walk to Tokyo Station. Plenty of food options in very short distance and a 7-11 across the street.

Short walk to metro, longer walk to Tokyo Station which I wouldn’t recommend. Area is a bit less active than others, but I was here for an overnight before flying which was great. Small but nice rooms, amenities in the lobby. Modern interior design.

Not exactly easy to reach the hotel with public transport. Took a taxi instead especially travelling with luggage. Staff was friendly. Breakfast place seems overwhelmed although there's there's nice touches of handmade sandwiches.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. It is conveniently located in Otemachi for business meetings as well as for tourists to to go to ilthe Imperial Palace, city centre or catch metro. Good facilities in terms of launderette, wending machines, tea and coffee with snacks and a wide selection of complimentary toiletries. The only negative is that there is no gym, but then again, bring your trainers and go for a run around the palace.
