Rooms were a bit small for 4 but getting 2 small rooms for 4 might have been a better option. Otherwise, it's a great location and near the action that Tokyo has to offer

The hotel had everything that we needed and was in a very convenient spot by Ikebukuro Station. The area is a little busy and noisy, but nothing major. The bed is very comfy and the staff are very accommodating, though the room is a little dated. I would happily stay again.

Great location and good value for money

Excellent location - very close to West(N) exit of the Ikebukuro station. Clean, well maintained no thrills 3 star hotel. Staff very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Unlike the old-looking exterior and and room photos, the room we stayed in was very clean. The location is also very good since it's located right in front of the station exit. Other than not having a laundromat inside the hotel, everything was great!

I would definitely stay here again as it is right beside the train station, so it is as easily accessible as it can get! Being right in Ikebukuro, there was so much shopping and restaurants to choose from. Very lively at night! Also right beside a major train station meant it had all the major train lines to get around the city!

The location is very good and close to Metro. There is a wonderful cafe just next to the hotel , room size is good but if face to train track, a little bit noise at night sleeping . But value for money overall

Less than 1 minute from train station.

We stayed for 12 days and will go back again. It’s very close to the train station, everything you need from a small hotel is there. Air-con & air cleaner are working well. Wifi is not the fastest but acceptable.

Excellent location next to exit 20A of Ikebukuro station and centre of shops. Small room and bathroom, but this is Tokyo!! Good valu for money in Tokyo.

Ikebukuro is a nice area to live in with transit super close to the hotel, basically just outside the door without being particularly noisy. No complaints about cleaning. I’ll gladly stay here again in the future!

Would stay here again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and roomy enough. Hot water was instant and water pressure was strong. We stayed 2 weeks and were comfortable. A/C was cold and quiet. Hotel is across the street from a major train station, so that was convenient.
