The room was a bit bigger than expected compared to other Tokyo hotels I've stayed at, and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was solid, no complaints there. I was a big fan of the rooftop onsen, which let me get some relaxation in for most of my stay, and the break room with the manga set and complimentary post-bath snacks was very cozy as well.

We like this property for the hot public bath, ice cream after the bath, the 9 pm ramen snack, and the breakfast. It was reported that the women's bath needs to be cleaned more often as there was garbage around. The location is right in Akihabara with many restaurants and shops nearby and many transportation options.

Staff were super helpful, hotel wasn’t far from a train station and they held our luggage for us days ahead and when we left to sightsee for a bit. My partner and I really enjoyed the room and amenities that were provided. Can’t praise enough how lovely the baths were along with the free washing machines, ice cream and late night ramen + drink. Super excited to stay here again!

Basic, clean room, but also there was enough space for 1 person to leave large luggage open while still have space to move around, so that was nice. The communal bath was also nice. I appreciated the complimentary ice cream after having a bath. They also have a vending machine with nice cold bottled milk and coffee milk, would recommend buying after your nice hot bath as well! They also had a Japanese manga library where you could borrow up to 5 to read in your room, so that was also pretty neat. Would consider staying again if I'm in the area.

The best hotel I've ever visited! The Onzen + Sauna are amazing. Opening hours are also very late. You can do the laundry while enjoying the spa section. Free icecream to cool off in a really nice manga room. Free Ramen every night. Really nice staff and service. I'm already looking forward to be back in Akihabara and this hotel!

We like the style of Dormy Inns. This one was ok though. The breakfast was great. The Onsen good although the glass windows need a good clean! The mattress was getting old and the pillows awfully hard. I guess the place is getting dated and needs a revamp! YMMV

My wife and I stayed at the Dormy Inn for 5 nights for our first trip to Tokyo. The staff and the service provided were fantastic, they are able to help with any requests and are always friendly and polite. The room we were allocated was a good size and was in good condition, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and offered traditional Japanese food items and some more familiar items for a western diet. The free ramen in the evening was a favourite of ours, as the broth had a great flavour! The facilities on the 9th floor were great too! The free probiotic drinink for when we left early in the morning and the ice creams were a great bonus. Having the option to wash and dry our clothes made a big difference too and the instructions were straightforward. I wanted to try a traditional onsen and this was a very nice experience. As long as you read the information provided and respect that this is an area for relaxation after a long day, then there's nothing to worry about. I was quite obviously not Japanese, but nobody seemed to judge or care which was nice. There's a family mart right next door and it's within an 10 minute walk to akhihabara station, so location is great. Thank you to everyone who took care of us during our first visit to Tokyo! どうもありがとうございます
