Friendly service, all requests are politely confirmed, good voewtod Tokyo tower. However, there could be more westernese stuff at breakfast since it's in an Italian restaurant. I would definitely recommend the hotel

We have an excellent stay! If you need to just sleep in the hotel and you are spending most of your time exploring Japan, this is the perfect place for a great price! Will highly recommend. Staffs were super friendly and helpful at all times.

Very clean and awesome spot. Rooms are slightly smaller than expected. They have a laundry room which was perfect and very easy. Staff was so nice and spoke some english. Close to the Shimbashi station which made it fast and easy to get around. Perfect would to the fish market Tsukiji.

The rooms themselves are small but the hotel is great for what it is. Location is away from major traffic making it quiet. Walls were not thin so you can’t hear neighbors. Lots of food options around. Within walking distance with luggage from Shimbashi Station. And if you are ok with 10 min walks. Ginza shopping is pretty close.

Great Location & Clean Hotel We had a good experience at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel overall! The location is excellent, surrounded by several major train stations—about 4 within walking distance—which made exploring Tokyo super convenient. The area is vibrant and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. However, it's important to note that the room was a bit small, especially for families. The listing mentioned that kids stay free, which is great, but the room only had two twin beds and did not accommodate a third bed, which made the space feel tight for all of us. Still, if you're a solo traveler or a couple looking for a great location in Tokyo, this is a solid choice. Just be mindful of room size when booking with children. Overall, it was a good stay!

Very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The room was very small but that is not unusual given the room price. The tub/shower was nice but not easy to get into or out of because of the high tub sides. The staff was very helpful. The pajamas were a nice amenity and were replaced daily.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel. Close to train station while still being in a quiet area. Room size was typical for Tokyo. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing amenity bar (toothbrushes, tea/coffee, facial serums, bath salts, etc.) Breakfast buffet was small but perfectly adequate and had plenty of Japanese and western options. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage shipping. Overall great stay and one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip.

Everything is amazing in this hotel! The only concern, especially if you come to Tokyo by metro and carry some luggage, is that you have to walk for a few minutes in the metro station to get to the closest exit of this hotel. And there is no escalator in that exit.
