Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and amazing; especially the room cleaning team. It’s so close to everything (shopping, food and Ueno nightlife) and I was able to get to and from Narita Airport in approximately 45 minutes. Bonus: The hotel is right across the streets from the Ueno train station.

This hotel is very conveniently located across from the Keisei Liner terminal and the Ueno JR Station. Also, the Ameyoko area is within walking distance. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. I paid extra for a park view and it was worth it. Checkin is very easy and the staff is helpful even though it is computerized. We left our luggage in the lobby twice and both times it was convenient and well taken care of. Everything is nearby, you will not need to walk far at all to get food or forgotten items or to the metro. Which means you can spend your time doing all the activities in the park! The rooms are small but we had everything we needed and enough space to be happy. The beds were comfortable.

Very convenient location and good amenities. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Room had great view of lake in Ueno Park. Only inconvenience is sometimes the elevator takes too long as there are only two for a 15 story building.
