"The hotel was as leonardo hotels always are; clean, comfortable and well located. The highlight in this hotel were the amazing staff, particularly at breakfast. All of them worked tirelessly to make the area clean and well stocked, Kieran worked with a smile, Billie was energetic, extremely welcoming and was so friendly whilst Chris was our son’s star magician! He was not only working hard, as the others were, but made out son feel super special - showing him magic tricks and checking on him. We had already said that we would gladly stay here again but now, we want to come sooner purely to see the wonderful people that work there! Thank you all for an amazing stay."

"Lovely location but we both slept really badly as the walls are very thin and not soundproof in the least!! The person in the room next door was talking (maybe gaming) loudly all night, until some time after 5.30am, making it impossible to sleep. Otherwise hotel was friendly and a ve try pleasant experience."

"Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id been allocated a basement room. Avoid at all costs, I will in future "
