"What a great little campsite! The Shepherds hut was beautiful with everything we needed. Just a short walk along the river to the town centre but far enough away to feel like an escape from reality. We will be back soon 😊"

"Easy property to get to from train station. Very clean and nice patio at back to relax in after long days exploring. Owner replied promptly when details needed for checkin and did not have England call source. Area busy but tons on transport buses, taxis near and ended up walking to all places including train station to next destination. "

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

"Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you"
