"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"We loved the room and seeing all of the memorabilia of various rock stars was very cool. We were in town for my 50th and the Hard Rock accommodated us nicely. Would definitely stay there again."

"Rooms were clean and the front desk staff were really helpful. The only issue was that the breakfast was really busy and the things like waffles and eggs would run out 20-30min before the actual end. The quantity should have been planned and made ready based on the guests."

"The room is big but carpet is old."
