"Slept like a baby. Didn’t wake during the night. Actually I overslept. Woke after 8am. Room very clean. Quite room. I have not used the laundry as yet. Air conditioning is perfect. I don’t like AC all the time. This AC for me is still cold at 80 F. So I turned it off. I am sure it I spoke to the front desk about it they would take care of it."

"I’m very grateful for this place. First off an amazing well kept clean property. Secondly staff are amazing everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ocean view suite and it was amazing. One of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. House keeping came twice a day!! Onsite food is very good along with the drinks. Pool is clean and well kept. The beach access is amazing. Staff on beach are great. Water is beautiful, they have towels on the beach and at the pool. Overall amazing place would recommend, also other dining options are a 10 minute walk."

"Great hotel, very nice staff . Maybe about 8-10 mins walk to rosemary square park which was great to walk . Gym was nice . Breakfast was good with a buffet style. Very clean rooms and showers were great with amazing pressure . Could work on the pillows very hard for me and the bed was too hard but over all loved it ."

Hotel AKA West Palm

"The AKA is very centrally located for downtown WPB - if you are just a business traveler who will never be in the room this might be a good choice. I have stayed here for work twice, and although the location is very convenient. The AKA feels way more like a dorm than a "elevated" or "luxury" hotel - two words that are used frequently on the website. The rooms have vinyl floors that have seen better days, They look warmer and more wood toned on the website photos but in reality they are grey. Like the rest of the hotel. The rooms have no area rugs (also shown in the images online) which is fine nomally but there is not a single soft surface in these rooms other than the bed, so you feel like you are in an echo chamber. The finishes are all cheap and plasticy and the bathrooms are institutional - with scratchy towels to boot. The housekeeping staff leaves at 5p so if you need anything after then it will not happen. On the positive side the Blind Monk is awesome and the Market is great - the food establishments are about 3 tiers higher than the hotel - as if they are completely mismatched to one another. This is a 3 star hotel not a 4 - the website photos are very deceiving - warm light and sunsets do a lot for a photo. Also note that many of the rooms have kitchens in them that are literally in the room. So if you don't want to sleep with appliances (or get up in the middle of the night to cover the microwave light so you can sleep) then request a non kitchen room."

"It is a convenience place to stay a couple of days. The hot water no easy to make it work, no blackout curtains, so expect a bright bedroom but also noisy, you can hear all the cars from the street, if u are obese it’s gonna be challenging to take a shower because the shower room is extremely small, other than that good place, I recommend it"
