"The property is located in the best area close to metro, Mall, most important atraction, the property is very nice with amazing bedroom, nice view incredible pool with a view over Burt Kaliffa, price very rational, very good price for what you get, but the service is a disaster, concierge no have any idea of anything and charge you twice of real value, the operator never pick up the phone and in the amazing pool they don’t provide service so sad such amazing property with such a bad service"

"Alles perfekt, wie bereits die vergangenen 8 Besuche in diesem Hotel!"

"Great staff, spacious room. Nothing was missing."

"Super recomendo o hotel! Excelente custo x benefício, principalmente o recepcionista que eu me esqueci o nome!"

"Very disappointed with the accommodation upgrade and the loud music playing from the night on site"

"Being directly connected to Dubai Mall makes this hotel an excellent choice for a convenient stay in Dubai. This is maybe my 5th time staying at Vida Dubai Mall and will keep on coming back. The staff have always been extremely helpful, very professional, while the amenities are top-notch and are always clean and well-maintained."
