Clean, good staff, excellent hotel

Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.

Great place to be if you have an earlier flights or want to stay in safe zone

Fabulous hotel in new Cairo! The grounds of the hotel are very secure with security staff onsite doing regular checks so we felt very safe. The staff were delightful and would go out of their way to ensure we had anything we needed especially the navigators who booked our Nile dinner cruise and sorted all travel etc. The pool is amazing and even though there was construction underway during our visit there was minimal noise or disruption. The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....

Excellent three night stay

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

It is my usual stay in Cairo, staff anticipate your needs, reception team is impressive

We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.

I really enjoyed my stay there, it was very clean, bed and the billows were very comfortable. Very nice, helpful guys at the reception Abdullahrahman, Ahmed and the smiling guy I can't remember his name, the young man Ali, I don't think I ever met nicer hotel reception staff. The air-conditioning was excellent. There is close by mall called Arabella Mall it has greater restaurant and shops. No where is too far with value for money Uber or InDrive never use cash it's less headache.

We stayed at the Hilton with our 8 years old daughter for about 2 weeks. The hotel and especially the staff couldn’t do anything more to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our room and Rania (Guest Relations manager) was fantastic! She arranged a replacement room and made sure we are comfortable with our daughter. Special thanks also to Eiman from the house keeping team who kept us always looked after. All in all, the hotel amenities and staff service is 5 star!
