"open space & ambient"

"Le was there waiting for me gave me the key. She showed me everything so I can get to the room without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked excellently. I had a wonderful time staying in this room and definitely will reserve it again next time."

"Great buffet breakfast"

"The interior and items in the room—such as the towels, pillows, and bed linens—look old."

"Overall the room is acceptable except there were many ants running around."

"This is our third stay with Erica’s House. Block C - was clean and we had a microwave. Rented motorbike through them as well. Pool still closed on Tuesdays. Keep your thongs with you at the pool, our thongs went missing - not sure if someone took them accidentally or not."

"Room needs better air"

"Overall clean and good value. Convenient location. "

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style unless there are too few guests in which case you get menus. It's old fashioned style hotel and it does show its age in the rooms. Rooms are generally clean although the carpet could use a good cleaning. I'm trying not to be too critical. The hotel is in a perfect location near the beach and the Lotte Mart supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away. I would stay here again."

"Very nice place to stay, service is good and friendy"

"The only positive was the main bed. Nothing in the listing was accurate."

"I had a very nice stay at the hotel, The staff was very helpful and the rooms excellent."

"Not ocean view. Convenient to the beach "
