The checkin process was pretty smooth. Rooms are better in person than pictures. They are clean and super cute. We were able to view the city and part of the ocean from our room. The view is beautiful.

We had a good stay. We had relatives to visit and only a short amount of time, so we didn’t spend much time in the apartment or use the facilities. The apartment is very well located, with the beach within walking distance and cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy downstairs. This is an apartment complex, not a hotel, so make sure to contact the host before your stay to arrange check-in. We contacted the host through WhatsApp using the number listed under “Contact the host,” and they were very responsive. Most of the poor Google reviews about the complex itself seem to be related to the elevators. The building can get very busy, so my advice is to take an elevator whenever one is available rather than waiting for the next one, especially during check-in and check-out times. We briefly stayed in another apartment in the same complex before checking into this one, and Vivi’s apartment was noticeably better maintained. It is small but very functional, clean, and has great views. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend Vivi’s apartment.

The properties are very good but the elevators aren’t very convenient because it is usually very busy and packed and parking in the parking garage can be very expensive as you have to pay each time you leave.
