I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "

"It's such a shame because the Rose Cottage is in a great location but it was very tired and could do with a proper up grade. There's no dishwasher so maybe the previous people that stayed didn't know how to wash up by hand and the cleaner didn't check. "The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. There is no parking at the hotel or near area which is very problematic. The breakfast was extra but a reasonable cost at £25 for two people. The egg was over cooked and the bacon was unusual."

"What a wonderful stay, we were upgraded to a deluxe room for my husbands 40th without us even asking so that was a lush surprise and very welcome. The staff everywhere were all really attentive and informative. We only had breakfast here but it was absolutely delicious, I would 100% recommend and visit again."

"The apartments are in impeccable condition and ideally located with free ample parking. We staying in the Prestbury suite for 2 weeks and the Battledown suite for a week. Sarah was a gracious host who ensured that our check in and transition from one suite to the other was smooth. Sarah gave us some advice on what to do in the Cotswolds and she was spot on! Just yesterday, Sarah wrote to us to let us know that we had left something behind and she was going to sent it to us by post to Canada....

"The room was a bit rough around the edges especially the bathroom ..was a bit too far out of the city ,especially with all the traffic on the main road in and out of Cheltenham also there was no sign on the roundabout wouldn't go there again would pay£ 20 to 30per night more to stay somewhere better"
