"Nice hotel with an underground station just outside. If you drive and need parking make sure you have the sticker to be able to get into that part of the city. Never try to contact staff if you have any doubts because they will never answer and I asked them and said that will never answer. If you get there you will never have an empty spot for parking at the hotel. Breakfast is really bad, just a few cold options and bread wast terrible. Other wise hotel was good located if you don’t mind travelling into to the city"

"Upper floor converted to a hotel. Previous must have been a social accommodation for elderly or special needs people. Shower works with an additional pump for the wastewater, and you have lines for emergencies everywhere in case you fall and need support. Friendly staff. Didn't try the breakfast. Parking NOT included but plenty of public parking around."

"I was attending an event at the nearby Berlin Messe (convention centre) so the location was perfect, within a 10-minute walk. I stayed for nine nights. The hotel overlooks a small urban lake surrounded by forest with recreational trails, and my room had a balcony with a direct view of this scene. It's in a generally residential area so the overall atmosphere is quite calm compared with a busy city centre location. My room was comfortable and not lacking anything I needed. The breakfast selection was good and the restaurant stayed open until 9 p.m. I had dinner there most evenings and enjoyed the service. There's an S-Bahn (city railway) station five minutes away and the U-Bahn (subway) is not much farther, so transport is convenient if you don't have a car, like me. The S-Bahn is useful if using a train to/from Berlin and would also work for rail connections to the airport. There's a laundromat within walking distance, so I could do all my laundry toward the end of my stay. Altogether, I was happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again."
