"Service was above and beyond. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were beautiful. Very clean the showers were great and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also outstanding."
"Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Room very clean , staff very friendly, area centric walked around easy to go everywhere public transportation around the corner , the only negative I can say is the building elevator to small but that is very normal in Madrid other than that everything was good."

"This is an EXCELLENT deal. Small rooms with very good touches- lots of hooks for hanging, lighting that makes sense, and a coffee machine. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. I should mention also the soundproofing in the rooms- there's a club across the street and I didn't hear it. They offer luggage storage too. Last thing- I'm stuck of staff asking for 5 star reviews, and no one here did that. This is an actual review by a traveler tired of fake ones"

"Our stay at the hotel was great. The moment we entered it was such a pleasant atmosphere. The reception staff was really nice and welcoming. The cleaning crew was amazing. Location , our hotel and hotel staff all were 10/10"
"Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, live music and attractions. We enjoyed the clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice pillow options. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
