"Very kind and helpful staffs, some can speak English. It is around 10 minutes walk from nearest Nanshaomen subway station. We used taxi 2 times and each time their staff helps us wave for a taxi. In front of hotel there is a bus stop which is convenient and cost only CNY1-2. The room is clean and spacious with android tv, wifi and bottled water included. Thanks again for your people hospitality. "
"The hotel shouldn't be rated at 5 stars. I gave it maximum 3.5 stars. The worst thing is about the cleanness wasn't qualified. The carpet was old and smelly. The size of room and bed was small. Location is surrounded with high level shopping mall. Because hotel is situated in high traffic area while the front of hotel build just face to main road so, it was quite noisy and dusty."
"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
