"I had an overall great experience during my stay. The property and room were spotless, very well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the stunning glass elevators — such a unique feature — offering incredible views of the iconic Museum of the Future. It really made every ride up and down memorable. The pool service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure everything was taken care of. There were also plenty of good food choices available, and everything we tried was delicious."

"This is a good hotel and in a central location in DIFC. It's definitely dated and in need of an upgrade to compete with newer 5-star hotels but the room rate was very good. The room was large, relatively clean but a few hairs in the bathroom that weren't mine! The bath/shower combo wasn't great and the shower control was difficult to get to the right temp. Around a 10-minute walk to the Emirates Towers metro and a 10-min Uber ride to Dubai Mall. A few basic restaurants nearby but you'll need to travel a bit further to get better options. Staff friendly and check in was quick. "

"The hotel is located in a very busy business district. Despite that, the rooms are extremely well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It is very close to the World Trade Center and only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. At checkout, they kindly offered to call a taxi and thoughtfully arranged a metropolitan taxi, which cost about one-third of the price of an Uber. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the room cleaning could be improved."
