I stay in hotels two to three times per week and I have never ever come across such terrible and rude staff as the receptionist and bar/breakfast women in this hotel.

The hotel & staff were great, breakfast good with a wide choice, the meals at the bar had a good choice, but the only thing I would say was the the food needs to be hotter & be served on hot plates, from the bar, the food was served warm, but but buy the time you half-way through eating, it is cold. ...
