"Loved it. Clean room, friendly staff and great facilities in the room. Only downside is the location is a bit of a walk from the tube station, but the value is excellent. Love the lounge areas too. Recommended."

"For such a small space they have really did a good job with the room arrangement. Small fridge and stove top unheard of for a studio but Vancouver delivered."

"Staff had great communication. The location was great, very walkable to food, drink, and sites. Also a few blocks from the hop on, hop off bus, which is great. The downsides were that the room had 15+ hairs on the floor of the bathroom, which could only be seen if you close the door. "All good"

"The ease of communication and being informed before our arrival and during our time was comforting. The staff was easily to get ahold of and attentive when we arrived. The unit was beautiful and provided excellent amenities. The areas is easily walkable, very safe and alot of nearby places to eat and access nearby for paid parking and including right in front for free. I highly would recommend this location and this hotel group."

The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

"Very well placed for visiting London. Reasonable price. Only downside was glazing to bathroom door was not opaque, and we had to put up a sheet."

"The room was perfect but I was on the 3rd floor so there are stairs. Room was well equipped and very happy at the room and kitchen. Bathroom is small but functional. Nicely located"
